At the top of Mauna Kea is where you will find some of the best star gazing around. With world class telescopes & astronomy enthusiasts there almost every night to help guide you through our solar system, this is one of the best places to get a rare glimpse of the galaxy we live in. A long exposure was used on this image to capture the star trails in the sky as well as the cloudy mass of stars near the center of the image that we call the Milky Way.
